My goal is to open up discussion and knowledge about the negative side-effects of the media and stardom directly on the celebrity, as well as the effects on the public who are then exposed to certain images, styles, body types, diets, personalities, tv shows, etc.

Ideally the reader would leave with a feeling that we all have the power and outlets to change these negative effects if we put the effort into it, rise above media pressures, and think and act positively about our true selves. However, it is subjective and dependent on the reader's beliefs, motives, and overall views.
